REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Steer2Clear Driving School! We’re committed to helping you become a confident, safe driver. Before booking your lessons, please take a moment to read our policy.

Lesson Packages & Gift Vouchers

• Our lesson packages and gift vouchers are prepaid and non-refundable, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.

• They are also non-transferable and cannot be resold, so please keep them safe.

Before Your Lesson

• You must carry a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license at all times. (No license? No lesson.)

• Logbooks, whether paper or app-based, are your responsibility.

• Lessons start and finish at the booked pick-up/drop-off location. If you’re late, the lesson will be shortened.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Need to reschedule? No problem — just give us more than 24 hours’ notice. Shorter notice will count as a forfeit.

• Test appointments need 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Weekend lessons require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a forfeit.

• All test packages are charged upfront, and it’s your responsibility to ensure your logbook is approved and Hazard Perception tests are completed.

Refunds

• Refunds are considered only at management’s discretion.

• If approved, we may recalculate packages at the standard rate (removing discounts) to determine the refund.

• A $30 administration fee applies to all refunds.

• We always aim to rebook cancelled lessons to minimize any inconvenience for you.

Safety & Fitness to Drive

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs or alcohol. If an instructor feels you’re unfit to drive, the lesson will be stopped immediately, and the full fee will be forfeited.

Unexpected Events

• Occasionally, lessons may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, like dangerous weather. We’ll contact you by phone, email, or SMS if this happens.

• Lessons will not be rescheduled simply due to light rain, but your safety is always our priority.
